Gideon also provided property owners and managers with training workshops in respect of lease and rent collection, as well as workshops on the effect and application of a variety of legislation applicable to commercial property including the Consumer Protection Act, the Protection of Personal Information Act, the Spatial Planning and Land-Use Management Act, the Electronic Communications Act, the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act, the Occupational Safety and Health Act and Eskom and NERSA regulations to name a few.
